She's enamored with Anastasia and she helps her out in her journey of self-discovery. In the end, she has to choose between following her heart or doing what's right.
I really like how the anime doesn't focus on her looks, but instead, the way she carries herself. The character design is also excellent and it helps that the music was also really good. can I just say that the voice actress for Anastasia is fantastic! Her voice is angelic and cheerful but it also has this smokiness to it that makes it seem more mature. It's hard to believe that she's a teenager. It's even harder to believe that she's in the same class as Kiel. I love this anime for being so realistic.
Overall, I loved this anime. It had its moments of drama and it had its moments of comedy. I loved how it was so realistic, how it focused on Kiel's feelings of loneliness and how it tackled mature themes such as friendship and family.
