The Seer personality type is often considered the “crown jewel” of the INFJ’s possibilities. This is because Seers are rare, at least in the traditional sense. The Seer type is appropriate for only a few of the rarest and most capable of the INFJ’s potential.
But just because Seers are rare doesn’t mean they are not important. After all, they are more common than “true” Seers. As mentioned above, Seers are those rare INFJs who have insights into the future. They are idealists, visionaries, and people who understand human nature. They have been able to make “right” decisions despite their ability to see future events.
Seers are also very emotional. They are usually people who are deeply caring, as seen in their desire to see the best in others and their sensitivity to the needs of others. They are typically very spiritual and often religious. There are very few Seers who are not also Mystics.
Because of their ability to see the future, Seers are often those who know what will happen in the future, but cannot change it.
