A few days after the Batman: Under the Red Hood credits rolled, a reader asked me a question about the character Carmine Falcone (played by John Doman) and whether or not he was a sociopath.
My answer: “That’s a really good question.”
It’s a pretty complicated question.
To answer, I’ll have to go back to the character’s beginnings and his role in the film and his relationship with Batman and the Joker.
Carmine Falcone is head of Falcone crime family. He’s Batman’s enemy number one. And he’s a sociopath, through and through.
I’ll get into this in greater detail in my review of the film that just came out, but for now I just want to get into some of that characterization and why I think Falcone is an ESTJ personality type.
