The Silent Orchestra personality type is ENFJ, and the one that I know best. He’s a quiet, diligent, and hard worker. He’s a creative problem solver who has a great deal of empathy for others. He’s loyal and reliable, and he will do anything for the people he loves. His quiet, persistent approach is a huge asset in almost any situation. He’s at his best when working alone or with close friends.
When I first met the ENFJ, he was working on a project that involved a lot of research and writing. He was so committed to the work that he wasn’t willing to take off work to attend a friend’s birthday party. He felt so strongly about the project that he was willing to spend his free time working on it, rather than spending time with his friends.
The ENFJ is also very cautious and careful about how he spends his time. He’s not the type to do something just because it looks good on paper. He’s not afraid to ask questions and learn from his mistakes. He’s not afraid to make mistakes or admit that he’s wrong.
