Since his parents' NT's and ENTP's were married, Tashiro was the only child in the family so he had no siblings.
Tashiro graduated from college with a B.S. in Psychology and was preparing to go to grad school for counseling and child psychology. He entered into a job as a counselor for young adults with developmental disabilities. He used his interest in psychology to assist clients with their personal problems, and also helped them understand their feelings and emotions.
Tashiro's boss often complained about his employees' lack of initiative and cooperation, and he didn't think that Tashiro would be able to work at all with his big ideas.
