I’m writing about this because while it’s true that many webcomic artists are, indeed, ESTP users, the numbers are far more diverse than that.
For example, while the majority of webcomic artists on this site are ESTP, some are INTPs (like me), while others are INFPs. Some are even neurotic (like me).
So, while it’s true that webcomic artists are, indeed, ESFPs, the number of artists who are actually ESTP users is much smaller than you might think.
In fact, I’m not even sure how it came to be that this personality type was chosen as the personality type most associated with webcomic artists. The number of webcomic artists who actually identify as ESTP is probably much smaller than 50%.
