Nasujima Takashi was born on May 25th, 1984, in Hokkaido, Japan. He was born to a single mother, who passed away when he was only three years old. He was raised by his older brother, Yuichi, who was 15 years older than him. He went to the same school as Yuichi, and they became best friends. They were both members of the academic track team.
Nasujima acted as a mediator between Yuichi and their younger sister, who was a year younger than them. He also played a big part in helping Yuichi cope with his wife's death. Their father remarried after they lost their mother, and he and Yuichi were close to his stepmother and stepsister. Despite being a very close family, Nasujima never talked about his mother, even with her brother. He also never talked about his father with anyone else, including his sister.
Nasujima graduated from high school in 2001, and he enrolled into the same university that Yuichi did.
