Dino personality type is ENTP, which means I have a hard time being a team player. In other words, I do not always like being part of a group or working in a group. I know, I know, I am supposed to be the one that says, "Let's go!" but when I say that, it doesn't mean I am willing to be the leader.
Now if I have a group of people that I like, I can get over my introvert tendencies because it is just myself and the other people that I like. But for the most part, I do not like being in groups, especially leadership groups. I feel as though I don't have enough input as to what we are doing, and it makes me feel rather uncomfortable.
On the other hand, though, I really like being part of a team. It is good to have people in your corner that you can trust and rely on when you need it. It also feels good to know that you are doing something with someone else who trusts you for your skills and abilities.
I tend to be pretty independent and reserved throughout the day, but when I am with a group of people that I like, it is very easy to open up and talk about things.
