Her main finding was that the BBC is a very masculine culture, with a corresponding lack of female personalities. She also found that BBC personalities are less likely to match a Myers-Briggs® type than the population at large.
Alan Roger Davies (born 6 March 1966) is an English stand-up comedian, writer, actor and TV presenter. He has played the title role in the BBC mystery drama series Jonathan Creek since 1997, and has been the only permanent panellist on the BBC panel show QI since 2003, outlasting original host Stephen Fry (2003–16), who was replaced by Sandi Toksvig upon his departure.
