Joe Wilkinson personality type is ENFP, which is one of the sixteen personality types in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). This means that we function best when we are creating and expressing our personality in a way that encompasses all of us as individuals.
In order to do this as a group, we need to be able to have a sense of safety in our space and to be able to feel that we have privacy in our conversations. It’s best to make sure that you have your own space where you can come at the moment when you need to get away from the rest of the group so that you can get some “me” time.
It’s also important to remember to take care of your own needs. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or are having a hard time balancing your day, please know that you’re not alone. Also, take care of yourself – whether it be by eating some good food, going for a walk, or doing some yoga. Treat yourself kindly, and know that you are loved and you are so important.
