What is the personality type of Marcelo Madureira? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Marcelo Madureira from Comedians and what is the personality traits.
Marcelo Madureira personality type is INTJ, so one could argue that he is an INTJ too. However, anyone who has studied the MBTI knows that people can have a secondary function but not their primary function, so the INTJ would be the Jungian function of Introverted Intuition. His “intuition” is the ability to see patterns and relationships that other people miss.
Marcelo is a very good teacher and this is his greatest strength. He is able to get to the core of what is being taught and he understands how to relate it to situations that people in their everyday lives are encountering. As a result he is able to teach his audiences in a way that they can understand and use in their daily lives. This is his greatest strength and should be the focus of anyone who works with him.
Marcelo is a great leader, but unfortunately he has not been able to apply this in the leadership he has been given. The first part of his leadership will fall into the area of “being in charge” and this is where he has failed miserably. He is definitely a warm person who has a kind heart and sees everything from a “good” perspective.
