I just have to take a break, if possible. And if not, I have to remind myself of what is important so that I don’t waste time on stuff that doesn’t matter.
Why do you think you are so prone to loops?
I don’t know, I guess the biggest factor is the way I think. I only think about the negative aspects of everything.

He was a contestant on Series 11 of Taskmaster, and came second.
