This is a great book. It is the one that we use in our school and in our counseling groups and it is very accurate. It tells you how to get over your type and what type to choose to be with. It has very helpful information. It also has the same information in it for the other Myers Briggs types.
If you want to learn more about your type, this is the book to read.
I would like to add that I am an ISTJ and I think that this is a very good book for everyone, because we all need something to help us understand ourselves and the world we live in.
