Rafael personality type is ENTP, and he's one of four characters in the game. He's not all that great at combat, but he's a master of magic and alchemy, which helps him get by. He's also a bit more social than his brother, Diego, who has a much more hostile personality.
He's really, really good at the game, so if you're in the mood for a challenge, definitely play as him.
Rafael doesn't want you to figure out his hidden talent, though. Apparently it's just not cool to be good at anything. He'll let you know what his secret is after you've beaten the early stages of the game once or twice.

It's a shame you have to choose between him and his brother, Mathias, in this game. Oswald has a much more sinister and antagonistic personality. Mathias has a much more diplomatic personality and is good at talking people into doing what he wants. Oswald, on the other hand, is a bit too aggressive for my tastes.
