I believe in being able to communicate with people quickly. I also think it's important to have good intuition so you can figure out what's going on in the hearts and minds of people. And you need to have a sense of humor.

One of the most difficult traits for an ISTP is being able to say no. ISTPs are very passionate people. They love to share ideas with people and be helpful, but they also need to know when to stop. I think that's where most ISTPs struggle.
