The Janitor personality type is ISTP, not ISFP.
Using the ISFP description, the Janitor's Fi would be Extraverted Sensing, Se would be Introverted Sensing, and Te would be Introverted Feeling.
However, I've been told that ISTP's are more likely to be Se-dominant. It would make sense, since ISTP's are rational, sequential thinkers, who take things one step at a time. It would be very easy for the ISTP to overlook the importance of the extraverted sensing side of their personality.
This is why I refer to the Janitor's Fi as Extraverted Sensing.
I do think ISTP's are introverted feeling people. Their Ni is introverted thinking, and their Te is introverted intuition. They take things one step at a time, and try to make sure they are covering all their bases. That's why ISTP's are very logical, but can take things too far sometimes. They don't see the big picture.
