When something is wrong, or someone is being unfair to me, or I see a bad situation in some way, I have the tendency to break rules. I mean, it's not immediate - the rule may be that you don't talk about your feelings, but if something bothers me enough to want to talk about it, I will. This can cause problems for me in relationships, because this is something that people generally don't like about me. It makes them feel like they are in control of my emotions, and sometimes this can be flipped around.
