Lymsleia Falenas was one of the few female Seers in history, making her a rarity. She was born in Karmoyn Bay, on the island of Gathol, in the far north of Tuatha Novus. Her father was a farmer and her mother a water nymph. Lymsleia was born with a gift for prophecy. Her ability to see the future at the age of 12 was extraordinary. When she was 13, she was examined by a seer from Aryanis, a nation on the other side of Tuatha Novus. The seer told her that she would one day come to power and that she would rule over half of Tuatha Novus.
As Lymsleia became more skilled at the art of prophecy, she was sent to learn from a professor of divination at the College of Eirinn. She spent many years there, and her skill grew tremendously.
