I’d like to go into a little bit more detail about these personality types, and how they interact with each other. I’ll be covering both the Extroverted Feeling (Fe) and Extroverted Sensing (Se) types, but the rest of this should be applicable to all four of them.
ESFJs are the people who are dependable, responsible, and dedicated. They are warm and friendly, and will take care of themselves and others without any qualms. They are also very capable of making decisions, and often do so in a clear way that makes it easy for others to understand. They do not like conflict, though they can understand it if it is kept to a reasonable level.
ISFJs are the people who are trustworthy, loyal, and kind. They are also very capable of making decisions, but they are quite indecisive. They do not like conflict, but can tolerate it if it is kept to a reasonable level.
ESFPs are the people who are fun-loving, energetic, and spontaneous.
