Dextra personality type is ISTJ, which is why he tends to be so matter-of-fact, and why it is so hard for him to express his feelings. His ISTJ traits can be seen in his reliability and his tendency to focus on the task at hand. Jung also believed that there were four psychological functions, each of which governed a different part of the psyche. The four functions are Introverted Sensing (Si), Extroverted Sensing (Se), Introverted Thinking (Ti), and Extroverted Thinking (Te). The ISTJ personality type is associated with Si, and Jung believed that the Si function was linked to the unconscious mind. According to Jung, the Si function is responsible for the “body-mind” connection, and it works to keep the body alive and healthy in a way that enables the individual to make the best possible use of their time and resources. The Si function is also linked to personal identity, and it is what helps ISTJs make sense of who they are, as well as what they are capable of doing. The Si function uses past experiences to help ISTJs assess a situation, and it can be used to help ISTJs perform a task in a way that best suits their personality type.
