Tsutsui Kaoru (津久井 桃香, born February 21, 1985) is a Japanese singer and actress. She was a member of the pop group Morning Musume from September 2002 to June 2009, and released her debut solo album, "Kaoru", on November 5, 2009.
After a yearlong hiatus from the group, she returned on June 7, 2010, to the group's tenth anniversary, making her the first member to return after being absent from the group for over one year.
In addition to her work with Morning Musume, Tsutsui has released three solo albums. She also took roles in several TV dramas. In 2012, she starred as a high school student named Nao Wakana in the Toei Animation television series, Magical Girl Site. In 2013, she starred as a high school student named Eriko Mikado in the Fuji TV drama, Parasyte: The Maxim.
