Alison Abdullah personality type is ISFJ, and there is a lot of overlap between her and my type. I’ve had more recent experiences with some of the other types, and they were pretty similar to my own. So I think it’s safe to say that I am more on the ISFJ side of the spectrum.
Since I’ve been typing myself, I’ve become more conscious of the different types, and I would say that the more you get to know them, the more you realize how often they cross over into each other. For example, I’ll use myself as an example: I’m sure that there are people out there who would argue that my traits and behaviors are more INFJ or INTJ, but I don’t think they would be able to explain why I am the way I am.
When you’re typing people, you can also get a sense of their temperament and their type from their answers to the free-form questions. However, since everyone answers these questions differently, it can be hard to make a definite assessment based off of what one person says.
I was in a similar situation with my boss.
