J. Alvarez personality type is ISTJ, and my very close friend is an ISTJ. The only difference is that he is more of a “get shit done” type. He’s a very hard-working man, moves mountains to get the job done, and is dedicated to his work. He’s also very particular about his rules and procedures.
When he came into my office one day with a list of things he needed to get done, I had to chuckle at the title of his project: “Lose 15 pounds.”
His list included:
Make sure the employees are paid by the next day
Get all the invoices ready to be paid by the next day
Get all the paperwork ready to be sent out by the next day
Get all the data ready to be sent out by the next day
This guy was dedicated. He did not care about how many people were working for him; he cared about getting shit done. That’s an ISTJ personality type.
