Toad personality type is ISTP, or Introverted Sensing Thinking Perceiving. They're the ones who are the most capable of doing the job, but would rather be off on their own.
I think that's pretty accurate.
bowen The only thing I can see is that the Myers Myers Briggs system is sort of "stuck" in the 70's.
I would say that to be fair, it is pretty much set in stone, so no one will ever change it, but it is still important to read. I personally didn't like the MBTI, I thought it was really unhelpful. But I think the MBTI IS the best way to go, just not for me personally.
mabudonicus I was an ISTP before I took the test, and reading through it now I can see that they're probably right.
