I have a sensitive side, but I’m not overly emotional. I’m more likely to be calm in the face of extreme situations, and I’m not apt to get angry or upset.
As I said before, I don’t really feel emotions unless they are positive emotions. Like a child, I want everything to be happy and fun. But, as a child, I would run and hide and cry and scream and do all sorts of things to avoid situations that I felt were dangerous or scary.
I still tend to do this, but I’ve learned to turn the emotions into positive things. I keep a diary of my emotions, and I write down the way I feel, whether it’s positive or negative. And then I can view it as a positive thing that I wrote down that reflects how I really feel.
I don’t do this with negative emotions like anger and sadness and fear and anxiety and happiness and jealousy and excitement and all those other emotions. That’s why I’m an INFP.
In Alola, Diglett has developed three fine gold whiskers on its head from living in soil with high iron content. These whiskers function as sensors and allow it to monitor its surroundings without coming above ground, though it will still occasionally poke its head out to monitor its surroundings. The whiskers can also be used for communication, wobbling around to relay mood or emotion. They stand straight up for anger, swing around for happiness, and droop for sadness. Needing to be able to dig through Alola's volcanic rock, Alolan Diglett is notably stronger than its non-Alolan counterparts. However, they are still very small, tying with Klefki and Meltan as the shortest Steel-type.
