What is the personality type of Archen? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Archen from Pokemon and what is the personality traits.
Archen personality type is ESFP, the only Archetype to be represented among the Myers Briggs.
“The Archetype is an Ideal of human functioning. It is not a personal preference but rather a set of characteristics which define the way the human mind works. These characteristics are organized into groupings of four which can be described as ‘functions.’ From these functions the archetypal characteristics are derived” (Myers, Briggs, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, copyright MBTI Institute, Inc., Consulting Psychologists Press).
Archetypal theory is concerned with the study of the role of the unconscious mind, its contents, and how it may be accessed through some form of intuition. The theory explains the role of archetypes in human thought and behavior. It has been described as a “theory about the nature of the unconscious” (Archetypes: The Patterns of the Collective Unconscious, Harper & Row, 1981, p. xvii). Archetypal theory is based on Jung’s theory that the collective unconscious contains images that underlie our dreams and fantasies, and that these images shape our personality and behavior.
Archen is extinct, but can be revived from fossils. It is believed to be the ancestor of all bird Pokémon, though recent research of this claim suggests otherwise. Its wings are small and cannot be used for flying; instead, Archen roost on trees, hop branch to branch, and glide through long distances to snatch prey. Archen is capable of jumping despite being unable to fly. In the anime, it was shown Archen does not like Pokémon food, but can grow a special plant with its cries. It enjoys the Berries grown on this plant.
