Cale personality type is INTJ, so I more or less fit in with them. I’m very analytical, logical, and I’m good at math. I also have a love for history, philosophy, and science.
My path through life has been pretty straight forward. I knew what I wanted to do from a very young age: be an engineer. I got my first job as an intern for a local engineering firm when I was 18, and after a few years of that, I got my first job at a small engineering firm which was bought out by a larger company. I worked their for 5 years before moving to California to work at a small office park where I met my wife. After that, I went to work for my current employer, where I’ve been for 8 years.
I’m very happy with my career choice, but sometimes it can be hard to find the right balance between personal growth and career growth. For example, I started working at my current employer in 2006. Since then, they’ve expanded quite a bit and I’ve had to learn new skills and adapt to new technology.
