    Gastrodon (Tritodon)
    INFP

    INFP (1w9)

Gastrodon (Tritodon) personality type is INFP, and the only way anyone at Hogwarts could be an INFP is if they were a Slytherin.

INFPs are very idealistic, and they are inclined to be very idealistic, but they do not like to talk about that idealism or think about it too much. They are very very idealistic, but they are not nearly as good at expressing it as people like Quirrell and Draco Malfoy, who actually believe that what they are saying is true. They have a tendency to associate with people that have similar interests, but they don't have any concept of what the things they like are. They have a tendency to go off on tangents, and they are very frustrated when others do not understand them, so they get annoyed by those that don't understand them. They can be very artistic, but if they are not socially skilled, they can be very annoying to be around. They tend to speak in vague metaphors and dreamy descriptions, and their ideas will tend to be nebulous, but if you listen to what they're saying in all their detail, you will find that every word is important and meaningful.

Gastrodon and its pre-evolution Shellos are examples of allopatric speciation, though they are still able to breed. It is also a relative of Shellder and Cloyster. When it is threatened, it oozes purple fluid and flees. Gastrodon lives in shallow tidal pools. Gastrodon has strong regenerative capabilities that allow it to recover from injures within a few hours. Gastrodon's main diet consists of plankton. However, it is known occasionally looks for food on land leaving a sticky trail of slime in the process. It is known to have a surprisingly resilient body despite its soft and squishy appearance. Gastrodon cannot stay on land for too long due to its body being highly vulnerable to dehydration. In ancient times, it used to have a shell on its back which has changed into a thin yet hard vestigial plate.
