Wigglytuff personality type is ESFP, but if you are wondering about the Jynx, they are definitely an INFP. It might be that the Jynx are similar to regular Jynx in their original evolution, but Jynx are just completely different now. Jynx are now more like the Ixi, with a more reserved personality.

While it is inflated, it is able to move by bouncing or floating. It competes with other Wigglytuff to see which one can inflate itself the most. Should it be caught in a bad mood, Wigglytuff will inflate itself to an enormous size in order to scare away its opponent.
