When I was young, my friends and I were always playing video games and making up imaginary scenarios. I remember starting a roleplay as “Mystical Forest”, which was the name of the game we played as children. My father often played as our antagonist, and as such we would frequently play the scenario as if he was an antagonist.
This lack of imagination and lack of fantasy was not that much of a problem for me as a kid, as I understood the difference between reality and fantasy. It wasn’t until I was much older that I realized that this aspect of my personality could be problematic for others.
As an ISTP, I saw the world as mechanical and predictable. I expected everything to work out in the way I expected it to, and I was often frustrated when things didn’t go according to my plan.
Still, despite my predictability, I was still able to appreciate the beauty of nature.
