Frankenstein's Monster personality type is ISFJ, and all of the women who described him as such were ISFJ women. One of the most famous of these is Mary Shelley, who created him.
I am not so sure about the ISFJ male. But if he is of the same type as Frankenstein's Monster, I would say that he is definitely of the same type as the character in the movie.
However, I am not sure on the ISFJ female. If she is of the same type as Mary Shelley, then I would say that she is ISFJ, but not as strongly as she was in the movie. If she is like the other women who described him as such, then I would say that she is INTP.
I am not sure which would be better.
