Stan Hamburg personality type is ESTP, and that was based on my Interpretive Analysis over the hours. ESTP is a thinking type, and a rather arrogant one at that. Statistically speaking, ESTPs make up the highest percentage of sociopaths in our society.
My interpretation of his personality type was based on his personality traits and behaviors I observed while I was in his presence.
I'm not sure what you mean by "personalities". I'm not familiar with the term.
ESTP is an extroverted sensing type, which means they are very present in the world. I would classify my dad as an introvert, but still very "present" in his life; he's a very conscious individual that enjoys being in the moment. It's difficult for him to shift gears and be in a different state of mind.
I think you misunderstood what I wrote about your dad's extroversion and introversion (his moods). Being an extrovert doesn't mean that he's more outgoing than introverted, or vice versa. He can be reserved and quiet at the same time.
