Mithian personality type is ENFJ, and it’s not an uncommon personality type for SCPs. Their main goal is to try to help others, and a lot of their goals involve working with other SCPs.
The problem here is that most of the possible interactions with the Foundation involve being in PRT custody, so it’s hard to accomplish anything on the Foundation’s side.
What do the Foundation’s goals involve? To prevent SCPs from getting out into the world, of course! In the case of this SCP, we know that this involves trying to contain a LOT of SCPs in different locations. It’s a bit difficult to say exactly how many, but given that they have to keep track of all of them, it’s probably not very many.
So, let’s take a look at what the SCP-XXXX situation is. It’s a humanoid SCP, who apparently knows how to communicate with other humanoid SCPs and can give them orders. We know that this has been going on for a long time, because we have evidence of it in the form of written history and government transcripts. We don’t know exactly how the translation works yet, though.
