I believe there is a correlation between Myers-Briggs and introversion, and my results. The Myers-Briggs test is a way to assess one’s personality and identify one’s type. This test has been around for over 100 years, and has been used to help individuals understand themselves better and communicate this to others.
I am an introvert, but I’ve learned to embrace my introversion and use it as well as I can to my advantage. I feel that my Myers Briggs type makes me a better listener and a person who can relate better to others. Introverts tend to be more creative and to dream up solutions for problems.
