Tyrone personality type is INFP, so of course I feel like I'm a weirdo. I always have since I was a child. I love to read, write, and talk about books, but I'm not a people person. I'm more comfortable around quiet, book-filled spaces.
I can't even remember the last time I went to a party or a movie. I almost never go to them, and if I do, I don't feel like I fit in.
My mom gave me a gift card for my birthday one year, and I went to the movies. It was horrible. I don't know why I did that.
I love books and movies and art. Sometimes I just want to be alone with my thoughts so I can try to find my place in the world.
I like to go out, but my anxiety makes that difficult because I'll feel like I can't breathe or can't get out of there fast enough. If anyone ever says something like, "Oh, don't worry about it. You'll be fine," it's really upsetting. I'm not fine, and being treated like it doesn't bother me at all is something that makes me feel like an outsider.
