Palmon personality type is ESFP, so I am going to focus on telling you about my type and how it impacts my life.
I am a very extroverted person. I love meeting new people and I love being out in the world. I love socializing and talking, and I love making people laugh. I am very good at putting on a front that makes people think I am kind and funny and warm. In reality, I am a little bit of a control freak, and I like having the power to make important decisions and to keep everyone in line.
I also lead with my feeling function – Introverted intuition – which means that I prefer to lead with my feelings and intuitions and let other people do what they need to do. This is a very different approach than other people who like to make decisions and take action. I like to think before I act, and this makes me seem more intuitive than I actually am.
The downside of this approach is that I can be very indecisive and wishy-washy about things. Sometimes I do not know what the best decision is, and sometimes I just need to take action without thinking too much about it.
