Raymond personality type is ENFJ, and here I am, a first-timer, and I think I’m the first EnFJ to offer this workshop. The first one was probably at a conference in 2000. I’ve been to a few of them, but I don’t think I’ve ever been the person to tell someone who’s at the workshop that they are an ENFJ.
I think the reason is, I’m an extrovert, and I can see myself as being more open-minded than other EnFJs. I’ve got a good feel for what people are thinking, I can read them well. I can go to someone else and say, “I know what you’re feeling,” which they would not naturally say. So I can be that type of person that can be quite helpful to other people in giving them that extra level of confidence that they might need in their social interactions—to help them understand how to be more confident with themselves.
I have found that it is very helpful for me to know that I am the type of person who is open-minded, who is not judging others based on their actions or their beliefs.
