Robert Rogers personality type is ENTP, or original, intuitive, thinking, perceiving. ENTPs are radically innovative people who see possibilities where others see only problems. They are the "lucky" people who are able to see things others don't see. They are the geniuses of the world who are able to create something out of nothing. While these are admirable qualities, they can be a problem for ENTPs. ENTPs may see the need for change, but they may not have the patience to let things develop. They may be quick to jump to conclusions and act on them before they can be proven wrong. ENTPs are always moving forward, but they don't always know where they're going. They are constantly generating new ideas and possibilities, but they may lack the ability to implement those ideas into reality. They may be great inventors, but they may not be great leaders. ENTPs are not usually interested in traditional leadership roles, preferring to think through problems and come up with new ideas rather than implementing old ones.
