Tsukito Totsuka personality type is ISTJ, as totally as I can tell. I have never met him, but I have seen him on TV, so I am very confident about this.
Is he really an ISTJ? Or is he just a super-confident ISTJ? I mean, he seems to have the characteristics of an ISTJ, but he also seems to have plenty of some other characteristics that I have never seen in an ISTJ.
I remember this being discussed some time ago. When Totsuka was on his TV show, there were some comments that he seemed to be too much of an ISTJ.
Some people suggested that he is just an ISTJ who is naturally super-confident. I am not sure. But I would say that he is most likely an ISTJ, but he is almost certainly not the only ISTJ on the planet.
This is not to say that he is not “confident”, or he is not “interesting”, or anything of the sort. He is most likely an ISTJ, but he might be a rare one.
