This is a rare personality type. In fact, I have not actually encountered a whole lot of people who fit the description of the Counselor personality type. There are more of us, but we tend to all be pretty quiet and shy until we get to know each other.
Counselors are very good at getting to know people and helping them deal with their problems, but they don't have a ton of experience in dealing with their own problems on their own. They do have a lot of common sense though, and they are very wise.
Camp Counselors are a very vital part of summer camps everywhere, and they do a great job at making sure that the kids have a good time and stay safe.
