Jade Chynoweth personality type is ESTP, I’m thinking I need to make sure I don’t run the risk of getting too close to people that I don’t know that well. I’m also feeling that I should be careful not to overcommit myself to doing things that I don’t enjoy (like taking on paid work assignments).
I’m interested in the idea of creating a “personal branding” logo of sorts, which can help me to identify my strengths and weaknesses as an employee.
I think the ESTP personality type is good for many things, but I have a feeling that it is best suited for those of us that want to “get things done” and “get things done now.” For those of you who have a more “relaxed” personality type, I suspect that you might be better off with a more “slow and steady” approach.
As I think about this over the coming months, I am going to be more open to opportunities that seem to fit my personality type as well as those that seem to fit my career goals. In other words, I am going to be more open-minded.
