I was always looking for an alternative career and one day I saw a job posting for a makeup artist and I did not even apply. I did not know how to apply and the only thing I knew about the job was that it did not require a degree. I just knew that I loved makeup and wanted to use it in my career.
I called the company and they said that I could send a tape of my work and they would get back to me. I sent them a tape and they called me to come in the next day. That was it. I never looked back.
