Sabrina had a great childhood, but she started to feel like her parents didn't love her because they didn't WANT to know everything about her, and they wanted her to be perfect, which meant that Sabrina had to pretend that she didn't have any problems. She still loves and respects them, and they love and respect her back, but they don't really know everything about her anymore.
Sabrina was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder when she was in college. It was the worst time in her life. Everyone always thought she was "perfect" even when she was breaking down in tears in front of them.
When Sabrina's anxiety got worse, she started to isolate herself from everyone, including her best friend, who was also diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. She found solace in eating too much food, thinking about it constantly, and isolating herself in her room.
