The Boss / Voyevoda personality type is INFJ, which I very much agree with. It's the most speculative, complex and immensely interesting one to figure out.I think that's where the idea comes from of the Boss being a "God-like" personality. infjs tend to be very ambitious, driven and focused on goals that are beyond human understanding. But to me, that's a good thing. It's not about being "better" or "wiser" than anyone else, but about being an actual creative force in the world. (The Boss / Voyevoda is actually the only type that can combine both the Seer and Creator functions. The Creator function is really the most important one for INFJs.)In my opinion, INFJs can make the best bosses because they are more concerned with making the "right" decisions, doing the "right" thing and are overall more moral and decent than most people. I would say that the "worst" bosses are those who are too self-centered, those who don't value their employees, those who are not moral enough and those who don't care about the well-being of their employees. Those are all traits you can see in sociopaths and psychopaths. I have a hard time working with those.
