The Boss' AI / BS-Imago personality type is INFJ, which is one of the rarest types. INFJs are the rarest of the rare, and this brief description of their personality type will be brief because it is so rare! For those of you who have never met an INFJ, you probably do not even know one exists and if you have, you probably had a hard time understanding them. I am certainly guilty of this and I am sure I will be guilty of this more as I gain more experience. This is why I am putting together this info-graphic on INFJs. INFJs are highly intuitive and highly sensitive. They are also extremely loyal and faithful. They are highly sensitive to injustice and they do not like to be treated unfairly and they often become very upset and resentful when they feel they have been treated unfairly. They are often very driven and they can often become quite controlling and even manipulative when they want to get their needs met. They also must be able to express themselves in some way or another and they do not like to be ignored or left out.
