Meister personality type is ENTP, and it's almost always the case that the artist is an ENTP. There are exceptions, of course, but that doesn't change the fact that this is a very common type among artists. The ENTP is often also an INTJ, but it tends to be weaker in either one of those two types than in the artist's other type.
