Jerry personality type is ESFJ, then they will be quite happy to find that they are in fact an ENFP. Both types are just as much "idea-people" as each other. And when it comes to the need for constant feedback, both types are very happy with the constant feedback of their emotional world.
So in general, I don't think there is much to say in terms of "compatibility" between the ESFP and the ENFP. But I do think it is worth mentioning that if you are using an online test to determine your type, I would be very interested in your test results! I can tell you that I, for one, am quite happy to find that I am an ENFP. As I mentioned before, it is exciting to find out that I can be both an introvert and an extrovert at the same time! And I can be both a decision maker and a decision taker!
