The ESTP personality type is an ideal fit for the life of a mover and shaker. ESTPs are always on the move, never letting things stand for too long. They don’t like it if their plans aren’t up to date, and may be quite angry if they find that their plans have changed due to their own or others’ negligence. If something is not done, they are likely to leave it undone, or not complete it at all. This may be because their plans are too time-sensitive to be altered, or because they are simply incapable of planning anything that lasts more than a few minutes.
ESTPs are usually very active, with a strong work ethic. They are fun people who love to have a good time, but the fun is not at the expense of anyone else.
