Bluesy St. John is a southern blues singer who sings about being abused as a child, having a sex change, and a variety of other personal problems. Her act can be seen in the Perestroika cabaret.
Though it is not much of an entertainment, many audience members finds this female singer amusing and quite attractive. During her shows, she implies that she is drunk/drugged while on stage, and it should be noted that most of her songs are obviously fictitious (even in the GTA universe). Once she goes to scene, voice says: "What a fool!" in Russian, but subtitles says "You are welcome". Al is her personal piano player.
