Kenny Loggins personality type is ENFJ, and I can see where she gets the "demanding perfectionist" part from, but I don't know if that's how she perceives herself or not. Probably not. I think she really needs to learn about herself and what makes her tick before attempting to draw conclusions about other people.
(Oh, and also: I think it's way too easy to go off on people like that, because *everybody* has a story to tell. I love that you're concerned about your friend's mental health, and I'm sure she's very lucky to have such a supportive friend as you, but please do not assume the worst of other people and their stories unless you've had first hand experience with them.)
I know it might be surprising to learn that I'm actually a rather friendly and open person; it's just an impulse of mine to make everyone else feel comfortable and happy and loved and secure and all those good things. I want everyone to take it easy on me because I'm always trying to make others feel better, but it's kind of a habit, you know?
